KL holiday trip: Day 1 & 2

Hello readers!

I have been away for the past few days, hence the lack of new posts, hehe. I hope everyone had a good holiday and a fantastic new year. I was in KL for a family holiday for 5 days, and just got back last Wednesday. I had a fantastic time there, did some shopping and sight seeing as well. I will be documenting my time there in a few posts to come. I miss blogging! hehe


Day 1: 2nd January 2010

We left Brunei at 11:40am and arrived at KLIA at 1:35pm. We then went to our hotel and rested for a while before heading to SOGO, where a crazy sale (50-70%) was taking place. We stayed there for quite a while, then headed to the Saturday night market in Masjid India.

Day 2: 3rd January 2010

We headed to SOGO again in the morning, to take advantage of the last day of the crazy sale there. I bought a few stuff such as a Sacha bag and a Giossardi wallet which are discounted to really good prices! We then headed to the little shops at Masjid India before spending the afternoon and evening at Bukit Bintang. Taxi fare from Masjid India to Bukit Bintang varies from RM10 to RM15.

A 40% discount at the bakery at Sungei Wang! There was a crowd of people and there was a huge selection of breads/buns/cakes and cookies at very low prices
