Sambutan Nuzul Al Quran

Hello folks! :) It has been 2 weeks since my last update. I've been a busy bee lately, hehe. First of all, I would like to wish all Muslims a 'Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri' & 'Maaf Zahir dan Batin!' :) I've got a couple of updates under my sleeve, so let's get cracking! Hehe. As you can see, I have decided to change my blog's appearance again. I haven't been checking my blog for some time, and I was like, Whoa! What happened to the background? when I made the time to visit. Hence, the change, hehe. I'm currently on holiday. I actually extended my Raya cuti til end of this week, so now I have got some time to make a few posts, I hope.

Let's start with a Nuzul Al-Quran celebration that was held on Tuesday, 31st August at RIPAS hospital. In conjunction with the celebration, donations were given to orphans and those who are really in need of help. Our unit took part in the preparation for donations to our patients. I am loving my job so far! Hehe. Below are piccies from the event! :)

Tahlil at Amit's

On the 18th of July, my Amit held a tahlil function at his family residence in Jangsak. As usual, this meant family gathering and more picture time! :P

Tahlil & Doa Selamat

Last night, my family hosted a Bertahlil and Doa Selamat function. It has always been my wish to treat my whole family once I got settled into my govt job. Alhamdulillah, now that I am settling well into my job, I decided to hold the Doa Selamat dinner and tahlil last night at Nurizna restaurant in Beribi. Families from my dad and mom's sides were invited which made the occasion merrier. About 100 family members were in attendance and we booked the restaurant to ourselves for the whole night. Service was very good and food was delicious. Thank you to the restaurant staff for the excellent service and also to everyone else for coming! Below are some piccies! :)
